I’d love to offer my guidance and provide you with a selection of trusted service providers as you go through the many nuances of moving. This includes preferred professionals such as mortgage advisors, lawyers and insurance agents, as well as necessary trades workers who are precise painters, trustworthy movers, and of course landscapers who will make sure you smile every time you pull in the driveway.
For Buyers
Alternately, as your Buyers Agent, I will apply the same concierge-style services and high level of detail to the task of finding you the right home in Niagara. For buyer clients, I preview properties to ensure suitability and value based on their criteria, resulting in time and money savings for clients. By conducting research on comparable properties, I work to ensure you don’t overpay for your dream home. Being your REALTOR® also means making myself available to you, my buyers, around the clock. Once we’ve negotiated a winning offer, I’ll take on the work of ensuring home inspections are scheduled and land surveys are completed as necessary. For the grand finale, closing day, I’ll be with you to ensure expectations and all prior agreements have been met.
